I watch your videos and made Pasta at home exactly from your recipes. I wrnt to Italy this summer and ate good pasta, hands down to you. One thing I would love to see you changing in your recipes is, Plastic Cutting boards with wooden ones. There's enough microplastics in our food and drinks, we don't need extra.
