It's not a bot it's people getting ratted/accounts stolen and it authorizes a app on the discord or logins with a bot and it spams that message

for those who don't know about the scam, people get infected by session/cookie stealers and any account connected to said gmail account get's hacked, those aren't "bots", those are regular people accounts being used as spam bots to earn an extra money without any waste afterwards no security meassure works for it since it steals and acts as yourself to avoid them so if you get infected by one, disconnect the wifi, factory reset your device and rescue-change your passwords from another device aswell as disconnecting any other device
