Honestly, I feel so bad about myself. I don’t have good hygiene at all at least I don’t think so. It’s not that bad but definitely some stuff. I wouldn’t advise people to do even though I’ve been through a lot of stuff and I’m still going through stuff and I am young. I feel so bad.

About the dental hygiene the top one about flossing I have braces can I still floss? I do have those dental brushes that clean ur brackets to get stuck for out of them is that the same as flossing or is it different but can I still do flossing with braces on?! 😁😙 xx
