I wish I could link the lady on here who's whole channel is her getting measurement from girls and telling them what they should be looking for in bras from what i remember u measure the size of your ribcage under your breast where it meets and thats your band size and then measure around your chest where your breast is the largest subtract the the band size from that measurement and translate that number too the alphabet and thats your cup size so a 3 inch different is a c

I can help explain this, different brands different sizes, they aren't all made equally, A good and comfy fit and nothing should be hurting or poking out.

You need a proper bra fitting. In the US that service can be found at better clothing stores for women. The best idea would be to go to a store which sells women’s foundation garments because they can measure you then help you find the right garments. Good luck! 😁
