Get ready it's not over yet, Time to cost tax payers more money for nothing but, his legal team confirmed they will proceed with the appeal at the higher court. The formal appellate review process is expected to take a considerable amount of time, potentially stretching into next year. This is why the legal system takes forever to get to a final conclusion. Hopefully it gets denied again. You commit a crime you do the time.
