Ngl I struggle with lust too very badly, I am just now hitting 3weeks w/o mastbating and 2 months w/o sex I would say 1st step tell God you have a lust problem tell him, he already know but when you say it out your mouth it’s different, also with the phone give yourself break build up retention like 30 minutes no phone everyday, it gets easier I promise with music add increments of gospel music into your playlist , like while getting ready listen to gospel music.
