@amy_santoro: Replying to @legacywealtharchitect in all the times that I have testified, I have never had a judge speak to me like that. He was obviously getting irritated with this witness. #truecrime #lindsayclancy #law #massachusetts #crime
I thought his facial expressions while Reddington was talking were so disrespectful in a court

The witness lost any credibility to me when he said post partum only lasts 4 weeks.. 😳

If I was on the jury I would’ve disregarded his whole testimony. He seemed arrogant and like a fraud.

He seemed to be there just for a paycheck. His expert testimony has been excluded in other trials

The faces he was pulling to the court camera and prosecution table. Arrogant. Sarcastic. Rude.

He should have just started with yes and no answers when Red began getting snippy with him. Fighting back just escalated the whole thing and kind of dragged him down into the mud

He was awful. As an expert witness, he should have had some reference to experience of women in the postpartum period on his CV. When he was asked how many women he’s treated in the postpartum period and he said 10, I immediately thought he was lying. If that were true or if he had ANY experience with PPD or PPS, it would have been listed. Furthermore, he struggle to remember some of his experiences or publications. His credentials were also clearly outdated on the CV. So unprofessional

Why are so many of the prosecution’s witnesses so rude and combative with the defense? Is it just me?

Seemed he was not qualified to be evaluating Lindsay and didn’t have the necessary experience with adults.. let alone a postpartum woman. Plus the diagnostic tool he used seems archaic and like it doesn’t apply.

Everyone saying 10 pregnant women, which is laughable enough in 25 years BUT I would imagine that due to his speciality it’s more likely to be mostly troubled teens, that HAPPENED to be pregnant. I’d bet my house on the fact that he was not treating them specifically for pregnancy or post partum related mental health. They just happened to be pregnant at the time he saw them 🤷🏻♀️

he said postpartum is only 4 weeks thats a lie. he said a medical intervention of cutting with a scalpel is a natural tear... he doesnt know the first thing about woman and pregnancy.

the eye rolling, random winking at idk who, raising his eyebrows, smirking, and not answering questions, but going on seemingly random tangents deemed him not credible, imo.

The judge respects Reddington, even if he does not necessarily always agree, it’s up to the jury to decide so I’m glad he called out the weird behavior of the prosecution’s witness

He gives half truths just like the prosecutors. He said she was resistant to taking medication, but then we find out it was because she was breastfeeding.

Reddington demolished him. Not impressed. But perhaps set up to fail. How did the prosecution not find an expert with experience in postpartem?

I once had a name :
(1) His expertise is not as relevant to Lindsay Clancy as the defense’s expert witnesses. I would give more weight to their testimony than Mack’s testimony. (2) The method he uses to assess Clancy (doing it with another expert witness) seems like it could create a skewed/biased result on either or both evaluation. (3) His claim that the post partum period is 4 weeks is.. a choice. I’m not sure how that will play with the jury. (4) He really hurt his credibility by choosing to frame Clancy’s concerns about taking medication while breastfeeding as a “lifelong aversion to taking medication”. If that was his take away from Clancy sharing her concern, it really makes you wonder what else he misconstrued or chose to misrepresent.
