I sure needed to hear this. I've been so stressed about having enough money saved up to pay my bills when I start externship in a few months. I've been calculating if I will have enough money. I honestly don't know what will happen in the future. idk why I'm so adamant on thinking that just because I can plan it, doesn't mean that it's going to go that way

Lemme tell you something, when I was in college, my plans of what I wanted to do were shattered, I was offered a job in ministry, didn’t feel worthy, and ran from it, applied to multiple jobs and every single one I applied for told me no. I attended a conference, and the pastor was speaking on how God has a perfect plan, and even if you feel unworthy, it’s still your calling. I took that as a sign. I started working as a youth pastor at 22 in my hometown, fresh out of college, nervous as all get out. God blessed me with two years until issues within the church happened. I stepped down, and left that position. Moved to the other side of the state, and worked multiple jobs that went nowhere. I began to pray for a clear path of whatever God has for me. I began to search for jobs. All that was showing up was ministry jobs, I took that as my sign. Applied to multiple, and told God to send me where he needs me. Long story short, I’m in my second week of youth ministry at an entirely new state and town. God has already made it so clear this is where we’re supposed to be. All this to say….SURRENDER. He will use you for a mighty work for his glory!
