@moomoobalm: Under-eye bags, tear troughs, and malar bags are not the same thing — but because they're so close together, they can visually exaggerate each other. That’s why I don’t recommend focusing only on the area directly under your eyes. The mid-cheek, eye area, temples, forehead, and even the scalp all work together. Releasing tension through the surrounding fascia can help create a softer, smoother transition from the under-eye into the cheek. You can practice this routine up to 5 times a week — even once a day if your skin tolerates it well. Keep the pressure gentle around the eyes. More pressure does NOT mean better results.
