Wow! This is such a good perspective! I haven't heard anyone else talk about other ways the prosecution could have argued. They're trying to sell such a convoluted story that doesn't make sense.

Their expert witness, Dr. Mack, has a documented history of testifying in court about things he knows nothing about. 👀🚩🚩🚩 Monday should be fun.

The prosecution has been woefully unprepared, did a horrible job prepping their witnesses, lacks professionalism, and seems to have no idea of the nuances of postpartum mental health. They have absolutely no likeableness, which makes a huge difference in courtrooms. They went up against a powerhouse of an attorney with Red and got themselves in deeper and deeper.

That's a great point Mark. Prosecution coming out of, probably what angered so many women. Their quips/jabs in crossing examination, feel as if they would have been the women carrying torches and religiously condemning other women in eras of the past. Yesterday she made a terrible comment to the forensic psychiatrist. I was stunned.
