The only way you're getting written up is if you're literally not doing your job.... if you're sitting on your phone or you're walking away from your station or you're taking 20 minute bathroom breaks every hour yeah... there is an expectation that you have to actually work.. crazy I know... a lot of the stuff is automatic, if you're in the bottom 5% for the entire building. yeah you're getting written up... why are they going to keep one of their bottom performers? that is literally any job... follow the real basic rules, mind your business, actually work and you'll be fine... I've been there since 2020. I think one time I got a write-up for my rate and it had to do with working in SmartPak and the machine having issues because they always have issues and not knowing how to fix it myself.... they fall off .. if you literally cannot make rate as in they are labor sharing you to a department you just can't going to handle on, go to the doctor and get some accommodations and save yourself the stress.

got a coaching on my 2nd day cause they ain’t say specifically what headphones (brand) were accepted. now they all speak to me & don’t say nun but my aisles cause i be 250+ rate daily😭

so only certain departments you can get written up for anything. if you have a rate you have to keep that rate up. there's some departments that have no tot but they are more physical.

I been there 4 years had write up my 1st year ,but I was labored shared alot so soon as I asked how I got there in 1st place i never went down that path again. you dont have to be the best just not the worse .

they LOVE to write someone up 🤣. I got written up for called someone a Ugly B-word and a P-word for defending myself against a group of women at my job for harassment because they didn't like how I gave about about my appearance before coming into work. Thankfully, I reported them 2 times with corporate because they threatened to take photos of me at work. mind you, no other manager had any issue with me or my outfits but them girls felt pressed because the main chick got broken up with and clearly her man was attracted to me despite me not knowing that man.
