Yeah, it’s tough. To each his own. When I was unemployed, I didn’t vent about it on LinkedIn or anywhere online. It stays out there and I feel it does more harm than good in a job search

I highly recommend you listen to my podcast episode with @Tank because this type of take is part of the problem. If you see someone post about their layoff, help them. Help connect them, meet with them, do something to help. Pontificating on a podcast isn’t helpful to those who are struggling in this job market.
