I’ve kept this video to myself for months. After this week, it’s time you see what I saw. One of my favorite things about Winning Wednesday is getting to take the spotlight OFF myself and put it on the incredible women on our team. Because I get a front-row seat to their growth. I see the work nobody else sees. The uncomfortable firsts. The consistency. The courage. The moments they step into leadership before they even realize that’s what they’re doing. And those wins deserve to be SEEN. Today, it’s Michelle Poe. We were on a beach in Mexico. Michelle could’ve been relaxing, doing absolutely NOTHING…and nobody would’ve blamed her. 😂 Instead, she struck up a conversation with complete strangers and started sharing about the products that had changed her health and an opportunity she believed could help them too. She wasn’t awkward. She wasn’t overthinking it. She LIT UP. And I just stood behind her watching like the proudest mama thinking… LOOK AT HER. Because I wasn’t just watching Michelle have a conversation. I was watching a LEADER emerge. Fast forward to this week. Michelle messaged ME asking if she could help TRAIN OUR ENTIRE TEAM. She’s planning the trainings. Bringing ideas. Leading her own team from the front. And THAT is Michelle. She doesn’t just show up to learn. She learns and immediately DOES. She soaks up every training, every piece of mentorship, every tip—and puts it into action. She shows up when it’s inconvenient. Nashville. Dallas just weeks later. Multiple earned trips. Even being handpicked as one of only about 20 associates company-wide for Base Camp. All while being a full-time teacher in back-to-school craziness, a wife, a mom and navigating football season. She SHOWS UP. Always. For herself. Her health. Her family. Her faith. Her goals. Her team. And even for complete strangers on a beach who might need what she knows. 🤍 But here’s one of my favorite parts: Michelle makes ME better. She pushes me to be more outgoing. Encourages me. Teaches me constantly. Brings ideas I wouldn’t have thought of and challenges me to grow right alongside her. That’s what great leadership looks like to me. You don’t build followers. You develop leaders who eventually sharpen YOU right back. And THAT is why I do these Winning Wednesday highlights. Because ranks and numbers are great. But watching a woman grow into herself, find her confidence, discover what she’s capable of and then turn around and start pouring it into OTHER women? THAT’S the win I want to celebrate. Michelle, I saw the leader in you standing on that beach months ago. This week, you stepped forward and asked to lead. Now everybody else gets to see what I saw. 🔥🤍
