Yeah I seen not one helicopter carrying water in a 5 hour span. Maybe if we were quicker to action and creating a perimeter to not spread hurting communities it wouldn’t get so bad

Sadly I have to comment this again as the Hawk Fire is growing.. if you are in Reno; PLEASE STAY VIGILANT!!!! Make sure you have a bag with essentials like clothes, chargers, soap, tooth brushes and a folder with ALL IMPORTANT documents! Keep water in your vehicle AT ALL TIMES if you do get evac’ed. While the smoke is clear now, make sure you have proper masks that will help you breathe smoke specifically if need be. If you can’t EVAC your horses, Mark them and let them run, their instincts will keep them safe! Make sure to take your indoor animals if you can, i know some people are at work, or could be out of their homes- just do what you can. We are in red flag warnings and the winds blowing, keep an eye out for smaller spot fires as well! Stay safe everyone
