I have mental health struggles. I get Melissa can’t cry Melissa can’t get help. I shouldn’t tell this one male friend anymore. Some people are rude and not supportive. I don’t listen to him. I don’t hold in my tears. And I get the help I need.

I blocked all of them before I started my journey…and I stopped supporting the ones that I support that didn’t support me back. I just realised that our vibrations don’t match anymore. It’s sad but unfortunately you have to take notes and stop spending your energy supporting where it’s not appropriated. Yes I agree with capacity.

It helps to know I’m not the only one this happens too. What annoys me the most is when they don’t like any of your posts but when you see them in person they brag to everyone how great you are. If you think it’s so great why is touching the little heart so dam hard. This is why I hang out with animals instead of humans.
