@rootsinourdreamland: I’m still very much in my beginner Pilates era where I finish every workout thinking, “you guys are CRAZY.” 😂 I know there will come a day when I’m stronger, I know what I’m doing, and I’ll proudly say, “WE are crazy.” But we are not there yet. 😂 One thing I’m really trying to be intentional about in this season of motherhood and homeschooling is remembering that my routines can’t only revolve around what everyone else needs from me. I want my kids to see me teach them, build a business, take care of our home, love our family AND make time to take care of myself. Right now, Pilates is becoming one of those little pieces of my routine.
