There a way around bag allowance by the way- I submitted for a medical letter exemption and got one( I carry around epi pen and inhalers so their bulky and never used to fit a bag they considered small enough( previously scotiabank denied my bag without measuring and when I attended Roger’s they gave me a letter.) I didn’t need prove I needed the exemption when I emailed though.
