I was late for work. Got pulled over in my home town by a cop I didn’t know and I knew all of them. All he did was tell me to slow down and let me go. I drove a few minutes up the road and there was a bad accident involving someone I knew. She was in a big suv and had been T-boned. I was in a small car. Had that random cop not have stopped me for a few seconds I would have been the one in that accident. Never saw that cop again and no one knew his name in our town. Taught me a major lesson. Angels among us.

I hope you see this!!! A year ago me and my sister were at the beach and were planning on staying for a few hours. 1 hour in, I had this super weird feeling and told me sister we needed to leave. We did. Shortly after, we saw all over Facebook that someone brought a gun there and there was a shooting!! Sooo wild.

I experienced it on 2/21/25. I fought against it because it was my fourth day at my new dream job & I just couldn’t be late. I pride myself on punctuality. I was in a head-on collision less than 200 ft from the driveway of my workplace. Life flighted to a trauma 1 center; fractured C-7, broken right foot in 5 places, partially collapsed right lung, concussion/TBI. Months of PT with concussion protocol therapy. Career change and a lifetime of learning to pivot. I’m lucky to be vertical, thankful to be alive. The universe tried to protect me by slowing me down. I saw it as challenges to getting back in the workforce and something to overcome. I should’ve known better 🌍

I feel like I’m going through that now. My plans got rearranged and now things I didn’t want to happen are happening. I’m just letting it happen and not trying to control it. Sometimes that’s what you gotta do. There’s usually always a reason, even if you don’t see it right away.
