@tanyagracee_: Everyone was laughing and having so much fun while shooting this. It was so nice seeing everyone enjoy the idea just as much as we did. 🦖🫶🏻 #weddingtiktok #batanes #prenupideasph

Being a Millennial means we grew up in the gap between two completely different worlds. We remember what life was like before the internet was everywhere. Before smartphones. Before social media. Before you could Google an answer to literally anything. We rode our bikes around the neighborhood until the streetlights came on. If we wanted to talk to a friend, we called their house and hoped their parents didn’t answer. We memorized phone numbers because there was no contact list to save them in. We had encyclopedias, MapQuest printouts, VHS tapes, CDs, disposable cameras, and Saturday morning cartoons. And then, almost overnight, the world changed. We watched the internet go from something you connected to through a noisy dial-up modem to something that lives in our pockets 24/7. We went from having a MySpace page to watching our kids grow up with TikTok, YouTube, and AI. I think that gives Millennials a weird perspective that younger generations simply can’t have. We remember a world that wasn’t constantly connected. We know what it feels like to be bored—and actually have to figure out what to do about it. We experienced childhood without an audience. There was no camera pointed at us every time we did something stupid. No permanent digital record of every embarrassing moment. You could make a mistake, learn from it, and move on. But we also got to experience the incredible transformation that came with technology. We aren’t necessarily anti-technology. We were just lucky enough to know what existed before it. And maybe that's what being a Millennial really means. We are the generation that remembers the old world, helped build the new one, and somehow has to teach our kids how to live in both. #milennials #millennial
