How many boxes do u have? She may want her own. Or, she may want it in a different area. Those 2 changes helped my girl cat to stop spraying in the same spot as well !!

Walmart has anxiety treats that worked for my cat. Don't use those enzyme cleaners it's a waste. Vinegar works the best.

My sisters girl cat has issues using the litter box and pees right outside of it, she’s on anxiety meds now ! The only thing that has helped her
