Have they talked about increasing how much cromolyn you take? I take 400mg 4 times a day. I was on 200 and was still reacting a lot. Then increased to 400 and it was so much better. Worth seeing if increasing your dose helps tolerate more.

I wonder if this is what’s wrong with me. My allergist said he doesn’t want to do more testing but I failed for 147 foods out of a 180 test panel. Mine is affecting my breathing though. Allergy meds every 3 hours keeps me sleepy, but at least I can breathe.
