Mini samosas (Sambosa) Ingredients: * 5 tbsp oil * 1 onion, chopped * 1 tbsp cumin seeds * 1 tbsp garlic paste * ½ tbsp turmeric powder * 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder * ½ tbsp kasuri methi * 2–3 boiled potatoes * ½ tbsp chilli flakes * ½ tbsp coriander powder * ½ tbsp salt * 1 cup plain flour (maida) * ½ tbsp carom seeds (ajwain) * A pinch of salt * 2 tbsp ghee * Warm water, as needed Method: 1. Heat oil and sauté onion,add all spices given above. 2. Add boiled potatoes and mash well. Mix in chilli flakes, coriander powder and salt. Set aside. 3. Mix maida, ajwain, salt and ghee. Add warm water gradually and knead into a firm dough. Rest for 30 minutes. 4. Make small dough balls, roll them out, cut each circle in half and shape each half into a mini samosa. 5. Fill with potato mixture, seal and deep-fry on medium-low heat until golden and crisp. 6. Serve hot with your favourite samosa chutneys. #samosa #snacks #cookingtales11 #viral #fyp
