A lot of people are confused so I’ll try to explain the easiest way I can 😅 The red lights were signals for slowing down/stopping and the only two other cars on the road were stopping/slowing down right next to each other blocking the road so essentially, OP was trapped and couldn’t go around them, either it was an insurance scam or she was potentially going to get getting kidnapped or robbed (or maybe they’re just dumb drivers we never know but it was still suspicious)
