A Colorado woman is accused of doing something almost impossible to imagine to her boyfriend inside a hotel room. And what she allegedly did afterward made the case even more disturbing. Shenting Guo, 34, is facing a second-degree M*rder charge and other offenses connected to the 2024 D*eath of her boyfriend, 38-year-old Dustin Nalls. Emergency responders found Nalls unresponsive at a Woodspring Suites hotel in Grand Junction, Colorado, in May 2024. According to an arrest affidavit, Guo told investigators the couple had argued after she said she might be pregnant. They reportedly disagreed over whether Nalls was the father. Guo allegedly became extremely angry and admitted St*bbing him in the leg. She later claimed she tried to treat his Inj*ries and noticed that he appeared to lose consciousness. But authorities allege the situation became even more disturbing. According to the affidavit, Guo wanted to know whether Nalls was only pretending to sleep. She allegedly C*t off his Pen*s and placed it in a bathroom trash can. Guo then reportedly went to a nearby store, bought rubbing Alc*hol, antibiotics, and beer, and gave Nalls ibuprofen for pain. He was later found D*ad by emergency responders. Guo has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. She reportedly told investigators she never intended to K*ll Nalls, but admitted St*bbing him because she was “so angry.” She is now expected to undergo a sanity evaluation before a trial date is set.
