Praying is part of life as a Muslim, before stepping out of the house, before and after entering a bathroom, a building, your home, your car, then the regular prayers, prayers for others, prayers before sleep, and before it gets dark, before getting it on, before and after eating, bathing, washing, some can’t be seen they are said internally. I pray to my pet too and hold him 🥰. It feels so good to pray and it feels good in the heart it’s comforting and listening to the prayers is regulating and it increases your internal rhythm 🥰
