The service department is waaaaay different! They are super nice, if you need a service advisor i can suggest a few 🙃. Also, u will get a survey from your purchase, be honest, give them the score that they deserve.

Getting approved for the house is going to be hard your supposed to keep all credit inquiries to 0 when applying for a house. This is coming from someone who bought there house at 21 also. Banks don’t just see income and credit but are you a responsible person to lend to.
