Hospital Security must suck at other Hospitals, where I'm at they are on point, I feel like they are always rounding and we rarely have to call them and they are already there actually helping the situation.

Nawh lol. Im on overnight we get active when we need too. Yes Negotiate first 😂, then its WWE after lol. (At the same time employees will snitch if we hurt a patient fr so we gotta be careful 🤷🏾♂️)

security where I work has been given tasers abd a patient pulled a knife on me and I glance over to see the security guard not pulling it out. I guess I've got this one, no worries officer.

I worked at 2 hospitals at the same time. Totally different places. One place if I called security they were there throwing hands. The other place people called me instead of security because I would throw hands while security watched. A patient tried to stab me and I still had to transport them back and give them his knife and they were asking what they wanted me to do. IDK call the cops? I'm not security you are!!

That's unfortunate, the hospital I worked Public Safety in we went hands on all the time with aggressive patients. Like that's the literal job 😭. Not sure where some hospitals get their security.

Nah, it’s not like this in my hospital and I work at a children’s hospital. Only stupid thing our hospital don’t allow is spit masks. So dumb!!
