I experienced A Tasting Journey Across India, a menu filled with distinctive flavours and aromatic spices from different regions of the country. The journey began with Avocado Puri, crispy puris topped with creamy avocado salsa and tangy chutneys. Highlights among the entrées included the smoky Peri Peri Jheenga, tender Murgh Nawabi Seekh Kabab and beautifully grilled Malabari Truffle Lamb Chop finished with truffle shavings 🔥 For the main courses, Maccher Pathuri featured sea bass marinated with kasundi spices and wrapped in banana leaf. Kashmiri Yakhni Lobster was another standout, serving tender grilled lobster in a delicate Kashmiri-style yoghurt sauce alongside baby garlic naan 🦞 The flavourful Kombdi Sukka, slow-cooked with fresh masala and toasted coconut, delivered a wonderfully rich finish. Dessert was Filter Kapi Misu, a creative tiramisu infused with the aroma of Coorg filter coffee ☕️ I highly recommend adding the Wine Pairing to complement each course 🍷 Alternatively, NILA’s Signature Cocktails are equally delicious and pair beautifully with the aromatic spices 🍸✨ A refined and memorable dining experience that brings together flavour, culture and contemporary creativity.
