Day 34 Post ACL + LET Surgery (Patella Graft) These are the exercises I've been doing, staying consistent is challenging as they're not the most exciting. But I can tell it's paying off and will be adding ankle weights to most of these for a little extra resistance as soon as they arrive! Some days I can do three rounds and my knee feels totally fine, other days it's just a little too much. I guess it depends on if I've been on my feet but I've found it important to 1. Listen to your body - if your knee is swollen and painful, I just rein in the reps or adapt the exercises. 2. Ice & Elevate afterwards - this has really helped to stop my knee from swelling and helps keep away that stiffness. It really is a roller coaster and not having confidence in my knee is a strange feelings that seems to take up a lot of space, but hopefully with time and consistence that'll start to fade 🙌 #acl #aclrecovery #aclrehab #aclsurgery #fyp
