Ingredients: 1 cup (125 g) icing sugar (powdered sugar) 4 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 tablespoons (about 30 g) softened butter 1–2 tablespoons hot water Method: Place the icing sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix together. Add the softened butter and 1 tablespoon of the hot water. Whisk really well until completely smooth and glossy, adding a little more hot water as needed until you have a soft, spreadable consistency.
