I don’t think this is it at all. No one really wants this. I understand building the universe but this isn’t the type of project that should be in your first 5-10 projects. If you want to build your cinematic universe there should be more movies than shows and it’s the opposite way around for DC rn.

I think if they stay the course they'll have a living universe of diverse stories and characters. It is unlikely to ever hit the heights of the MCU because that hit at the perfect time. It's unattainable and should not be the goal. I'm looking forward to this show.

I think it should be introducing an older version of Barry Allen or in his mid 40s, where they could eventually take a similar approach to Lanterns when it comes to introducing Wally West as the official DCU Flash, where Barry would train him to be his successor
