Probably never played with a good lw.. he can literally ruin so many ults with his tech? Cat, rein, Zaria, Dva, Sierra, reaper etc.. one flower and or pull and your whole team can be saved over and over again. His healing output is huge and his damage is also good. His ult is weak though but can block access to points or stop charging tanks. He also helps with easy access to high ground for the whole team. I don’t understand why anyone would say he has little value.

Can agree and disagree. I think the rank you are in matters a lot and your own ability as player. Example, as much as I recognise how good kiriko is, if you struggle with timing suzu and hitting kunai you become useless while with Mercy you become a solid consistent healer that can bring the best player in your team back to life and them to carry with a little boost. On the other hand, if your survaibility with mercy is low, you only know how to heal 1 player and you die every time you try to res, you will be way more useful with any other heroes who can heal from 1km afar. I think these general rules make sense at high ranks but low ranks, in my experience, what works are different things. Anyway is good info for those who aim to high ranks
