@drseemayasmin: The many faces of working on a joke. I am an eternal student of expression. And while the past years have been filled with acting school and clown school, I am always studying writing. I study and write poetry, creative nonfiction, journalism, science-writing; fiction for young kids, teens and adults; and comedy. Nowhere have I received as brilliant—and immediate—feedback as I have in my favourite comedy-writing workshop in LA. There is much crap to contend with in the comedy world, but this community has been warm and kind, and I’ve made friends with the most thoughtful, bright, and genuine humans.
