How would you clean an expensive ceramic pot that you can’t use abrasive cleaners on? Similar to a cast iron 😅

A cup of ammonia left in a cold oven over night, with any pans you need cleaned, then wash with washing detergent & hot water. You can also put them in a garbage bag with ammonia overnight. Don’t spray chemicals, spraying them makes it go into the air that you breathe in.
