Looks a good set up , we have a small projector that we project into side of van , stick a fire stick in . Also have you thought about inflatable windbreaks , Dometic do one call airbreak , you can then cordon off the awning so dogs can go in and out without wandering off . Also a bit of extra privacy

When you take the awning down, put the external roof onto the carpet and fold all the sides into the middle, keeping the skirts at the edge. This will stop any dirt getting onto your nice new awning. Fold each end into the middle and go from there. It will be a battle the first few times until you get used to packing it away!
