There is something slightly terrifying about this mummy… Because she does not look like someone who “died” centuries ago… She looks like someone who simply fell asleep, while every detail still waits for her to wake up. The cushions around her… The embroidered robes… The peaceful way she rests… Everything about her whispers that she was once a complete human being, with a home, memories, favorite things, and perhaps people who waited for her and never saw her again. This is not a fantasy scene from a movie… This is a real Egyptian woman who lived on the banks of the Nile more than 1,700 years ago, and somehow still has the power to make us stop and stare in silence. And maybe that is the most extraordinary thing of all… The fabric survived. The face survived. And the feeling of the human being behind it… survived too. ➖➖➖➖➖ هناك شيء مرعب قليلًا في هذه المومياء… لأنها لا تبدو كشخص “مات” منذ قرون… بل كشخص نام فقط، وما زالت تفاصيله تنتظر أن يستيقظ. الوسائد حولها… الثياب المطرزة… طريقة الاستلقاء الهادئة… كل شيء يقول إن هذه المرأة كانت يومًا ما إنسانة كاملة، لها بيت، وذكريات، وأشياء تحبها، وربما أشخاص انتظروها ولم تعد. هذه ليست أسطورة فرعونية ولا مشهدًا خياليًا من فيلم… هذه امرأة مصرية حقيقية، عاشت على ضفاف النيل منذ أكثر من 1700 عام، وما زالت قادرة حتى الآن أن تجعلنا نتوقف للحظة وننظر إليها في صمت. وربما هذا هو الأمر الأكثر إدهاشًا فعلًا… انها تبدو نائمة
