sooo what i was read was, person claimed they are got into an accident, and had serious damages to their vehicle. and the cameras where used to determine excatly what damages where done in the accident, and what wasent... soo everyone is upset that you can no longer commit fraud?

Honestly? I hate flock cameras, but you know what - using them in insurance is not a way of screwing you over. It’s a way of protecting the insurance company from fraud. If you had prior damage and are trying to file a new claim and include that prior damage, you’re screwing yourself and just driving up rates for yourself and everyone else.
