my wife gets tvs as early as 4 weeks and 2 days.. sonologist say that it has no sac at this time, she only said that it has thick endometrium ,signs of early pregnancy no sac yet.. but what is that little black circle in her tvs? is it sac or not? it looks like a sac but she concluded that it has no sac yet
