These mechanics play perfectly into them forcing you to purchase expensive vehicles in gta online. Instead of relying on stealing cars because the fucking game is called grand theft auto.

The thing about rockstars realism is they go overboard with it, like in RDR2 no I don’t wanna have to steal a horse and ride across 3 states because mine is “out of whistle range” gta 5 was almost perfect in how realistic it was and how video gamey it was
