This was one of my worst acne days. My skin was so inflamed that even removing makeup hurt. I had to move slowly. Because my face was in pain. People talk about acne like it’s just a visual problem. Like it’s only about confidence, or insecurity, or how it looks in photos. But there are days when it’s physical. When your skin burns. When touching your face feels uncomfortable. When something as normal as taking off makeup becomes a reminder that your skin is not okay. I didn’t film this to be dramatic. I filmed it because this is part of the reality that rarely gets shown.
