Elf was a HUGE RISK... I've gotta give Will Ferrell a lot of credit for having the courage to make this film... it could've gone sideways so easily... but it has become a Christmas classic...WHO KNEW 😂

Confession I never watched Elf but almost every one I know has and told me I need to watch it. Maybe this Christmas season I will. From what I understand now it is a Christmas classic that has made it into the the ranks of it’s a wonderful life, Home alone, scrooge, and National Lampoon‘s Christmas .

My husband and hardly ever laughs out loud. We went to the theatre when it came out and he laughed out loud thrice. I knew it would blow up. Love the film and we watch it every year.
