Way before the San Remo / the Treasury. . And many more flops. . Like 1980 (I’m guessing) it was slated to be an all GAY resort - until the Mormon’s caught wind of it, and called in their chits, to stop it. And stop it they did . . The gays would have made that property FABULAS . . Missed opportunity. . .

Oyo is sitting on abandoned hotels in Arizona where I’m from where one side the roof has caved in and they rent out rooms for truckers mainly out the half decent side of the building lol.

That sucks cause it would’ve been a great opportunity to upgrade the entire place and have people and businesses coming to the stadium stay there. Now, best option for them to sell. Wonder if that was done purposely by the company that got kicked out. Sabotaging? Would be interesting to see what the employees really have to say.
