Unfortunately when turning right you automatically look right then left and no vehicles coming you proceed right. You don’t expect someone to appear at the right side of you at that point.

Cyclist fault depending in which state. California he or she needed to be on the other side of the road following the same direction of the vehicles that applies to scooters and E bikes 👍🏻

truck driver is looking to the left I know he'll be blamed but it's really the person on the bike's fault... they need to make eye contact with the driver you can't just shoot out into the traffic even if you have the right away

ciclist fault. The law says you must cross the pedestrian walking and not on a bicycle to avoid these types of accidents.
