Bad mass just for a speeding ticket. The cop should’ve took another approach cause that’s ridiculous now he has to go to the emergency room and get surgery done. I hope that guy sues the whole entire police department. What those cops did was extremely ridiculous. They took action when it wasn’t even supposed to be taken. The cops got carried away extremely bad when they even had to get a canine dog to bite the guy in the arm that was ridiculous and the cops should be all laid responsible for their actions that was crazy.
