@kymberlie.b: Being money rich isn’t the goal… The goal is having freedom and spending more time with my family. I dream about having enough margin in my day to enjoy it. To volunteer for the field trip without stressing about having to ask for time off. To grab lunch with a friend on a random Wednesday. To spend a slow summer morning with my kids instead of watching the clock. To take a vacation without stressing about money. To not have to check my bank account everytime my kids want something or for a random coffee date. To work because I want to, and not because I have to. Not dreading my 9 to 5 and actually enjoying what I do. Making enough income to support my kids. That’s what freedom looks like to me. It’s never been about fancy cars or fancy houses to me.
