This mush mouth sick f*** should be trespassed out of that building. f you are a member of the public recording inside a hospital or clinic, you cannot be penalized under HIPAA. However, you face severe legal risks under other laws:Wiretapping & Recording Laws: In "two-party" or "all-party" consent states, recording someone's audio without their explicit permission is a felony or misdemeanor.Invasion of Privacy: Patients in healthcare facilities have a high legal expectation of privacy. Recording them can trigger massive civil lawsuits for emotional distress or privacy violations.Criminal Trespass: Healthcare facilities are private property. If staff ask you to stop recording or leave and you refuse, you can be arrested for trespassing. EVENTUALLY THIS DUMBASS IS GOING TO RUN INTO THE RIGHT ONE WHO WILL HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AND THEY WILL GIVE HIM SOMETHING TO REALLY REPORT.
