I’m 34. Not a single gray. There are guys I went to college with, that are younger than me and they have salt n pepper hair. Or they have gone complete gray.

A friend of mine had a full gray head by 20. At his wedding around 25 his wife made him dye it black so the wedding photos didn’t look like she married an “old” man haha

I think a lot of guys go bald. I’m not sure how old you are, but my ex is 37, basically completely bald. Lots of gray in what’s left. I’m 32 and have like three gray hairs
