INGREDIENTS: ● Boiled sausage — about 100–120 g ● Eggs — 4 Pcs. ● Bread or loaf — 5 thin slices ● Grated mozzarella — 150 g ● Vegetable oil — for greasing ● Salt — to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a skillet with vegetable oil and place the sliced boiled sausage in the pan. 2. Fry the sausage on both sides until lightly golden, then remove it from the skillet. 3. Beat 4 eggs with a little salt and pour the mixture into the same skillet. 4. Arrange 5 thin slices of bread or loaf over the egg mixture. 5. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat until the egg mixture is mostly set. 6. Carefully flip the omelet with a spatula so the bread is now on the bottom. 7. Place the fried sausage on one half of the omelet. 8. Sprinkle generously with 150 g of grated mozzarella. 9. Fold the omelet in half, covering the sausage and cheese. 10. Cook for another minute or two, until the cheese melts and the bread becomes nicely golden. 11.
