This system will be obsolete in a few years. Then you will be paying big money to get an electrician to fix or change it out. I’d never do this.

Even if you have that switch system, do you still put other switches around the house so you don’t have to constantly go to that one spot if you’re somewhere else in the house?

does the US just rawdog all their wires through walls without any conduit? what about rewiring. i keep getting the chinese guys in dubai tok running 100 electrical conduits but this looks like the other extreme

Somehow, I feel like this system will fail during severe thunderstorms - why not just install motion detectors in every room and put all your light switches on timed dimmers - leave the table lamps manual

Another expensive phase in low-voltage lighting we had this in the 70s. We had this in the 80s. The problem with this is the programming the computer chips in 10 years nobody will carry him and all your problems will start happening. The people who programmed them who did not explain the characteristics and what can go wrong with the system in 10 years you think you’re making it easier but you’re making harder for the next generation of electricians who are coming up.

Ahhhhhh and it’s super uber expensive 🤣 and you still have to fallow the code and have keypads everywhere a standard switch would live anyway 👀 but yeah Lutron it’s cool 😏
