the answer is 9 because you can see the water will go on 3 first but if you look closely it's blocked and the 6 either, now the water will proceed to 7 in about 10 seconds if you can see again it's blocked now the water will rise to 8 in under 11 seconds and it's blocked again, and if you wait about 2 seconds the water will go straight to 9 this 9 is not blocked now so.... probably the answer is number 9
